The place was modest and simple and the stuff were excellent, the location was marvellous very near the sea. Location: the hotel was just next door to the quiet area and promenade. We had early meal in Pizz'mania, based nearby.

The hotel's location near the beach and away from the busy main road was perfect. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more delightful.

Stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a great time. the location was perfect for exploring the area, as it was just on the outskirts of Nice. We were able to easily access the bus and train stations, which made it convenient to visit other nearby attractions. Additionally, being in a quiet street made our stay peaceful and relaxing. The hotel itself had a nice style and attention to detail, with rooms that were clean and comfortable. We especially loved our room with a view of the sea, it really added to the experience. The air conditioning was also a lifesaver during the heatwave. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was really good value for money, with fresh bread, croissants, and a variety of options. we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

This hotel is absolutely delightful and offers excellent value for money. The location is fantastic, just a 2-minute walk to the beach with its beautiful promenade.
